As a small business owner, Courtney has had to overcome many challenges which have helped define her as a leader in the industry. The Lost Cycle team have created a unique space for the London, Ontario community to connect with others through movement and music in the magic of a dark room. Lost Cycle provides an inclusive space that allows clients to experience the journey at their own pace and celebrate growth along the way. Courtney is passionate about movement, community, and changing the world of fitness.
